Behavioural communication
Behavioural communication is more persuasive than spoken communication. For example, when you tell people that you are fearless they will not believe you. But when you display fearlessness, they will. Spoken communication influences people through logic. Behaviour communication influences people through emotions. People can choose to ignore logic, but they can’t ignore emotions. This is why behavioural communication is more persuasive than spoken communication. When people witness your fearlessness, they have an emotional reaction to it. This emotional reaction convinces them that you are fearless.
